利用GoogleEarth精确、直观、全面、高效的优点,结合公路路政管理实际,以路政许可为例,深入探讨了GoogleEarth在路政工作中的应用价值、现实意义,并进一步建立了"路政管理GE地标系统",详细介绍了其具体应用方法、维护管理、缺陷改进等,从而有效解决了路政许可、公路路产、建筑控制区管理等方面存在的诸多困难和问题,实现了公路管理过程中海量信息的快速查询、精确定位、图片可视、动态管理和不同层级管理者之间的信息共享,提升了路政管理的信息化水平和管理质效。

Based on the advantages of Google Earth such as precise,intuitive,comprehensive and efficient,and combined with the highway administration,the application and practical significance of GoogleEarth in highway management are discussed,especially in highway administration permits.The Highway Administration GE-System is established,and its specific application methods,maintenance management,defect improvement are introduced in detail.Thereby the difficulties and problems in highway administration licensing,highway ROW and building control area management are solved effectively.The rapid search of massive information,accurate positioning,image visualization,dynamic management and information sharing between different levels of managers come true in the process of highway administration,and the level of highway management informatization,quality and efficiency are improved.
