摘要
研究了磷渣对大体积混凝土凝结时间、工作性能、力学性能、干燥收缩以及水化放热和绝热温升的影响,分析了磷渣大体积混凝土的水化进程,研究表明磷渣能显著降低混凝土水化温升,但同时增大了干燥收缩。基于此,通过采用一种具有高效减水、保塑、减缩的减缩型高性能减水剂,有效降低了混凝土干燥收缩,避免了普通减缩剂与减水剂复掺后相容性不良导致混凝土强度降低问题,制备出低温升低收缩磷渣大体积混凝土。
Effect of phosphorus slag on the setting time,working performance,mechanical property,dry shrinkage,hydration heat and adiabatic temperature rise of mass concrete are studied,and hydration process of massive bulk concrete made of phosphorus slag is analyzed.Results show that phosphorus slag can significantly reduce hydration rise,but in the meantime can increase dry shrinkage.On this basis,by means of a shrinkage-reducing high performance chemical admixture with effective water-reducing performance,good fluidity retention and shrinkage-reducing capacity,the dry shrinkage of concrete is reduced effectively,strength decrease is avoided due to poor compatibility caused by adding ordinary shrinkage-reducing agent and water-reducing agent,and consequently low hydration rise and low shrinkage phosphorus slag mass bulk concrete is prepared.
