尿核基质蛋白22对膀胱移行上皮癌的诊断价值
摘要
目的 :评估尿核基质蛋白 2 2 (NMP2 2 )对诊断膀胱移行上皮癌 (BTCC)或对膀胱移行上皮癌术后复发监测的价值。方法 :用酶联免疫分析法测定 4 8例BTCC患者及 2 0例非BTCC患者尿样中NMP2 2的含量。结果 :BTCC患者尿NMP2 2阳性率为 79.2 % ,且与分级无关 ,2 0例非BTCC患者仅 1例阳性。结论 :尿NMP2 2的含量测定敏感性及特异性强 ,且方便、无创 。
