摘要
采用电磁有限元仿真的方法,定量研究了接触器桥式触头结构中的触头倾斜角度对桥式动触头所受的洛伦兹力的影响。结果表明:桥式触头的倾斜角度在动触头运动方向上对动触头所受洛伦兹力的影响是显著的。选择合适的桥式触头的倾斜角度可显著地提高接触器的短路峰值耐受能力。
With the method of electro-magnetic simulation, The influence of the Lorenz force of bridge moving contact by angle of inclination of the structure of bridge contact in contactor was studied quantitatively in this paper. The result shows that the influence of the Lorenz force on the moving contact by incline angle of bridge contact in the moving direction is obvious. The proper incline angle of bridge contact could significantly improve the capacity of short circuit peak tolerance, which is of great significance to the design of the contaetor.
