摘要
介绍了基于CC-Link现场总线和以太网技术的低压电器大容量试验站网络化监控系统,给出了监控系统网络化的系统架构、设计思路、设计流程和典型试验方案。由CC-Link现场总线构建分试验监控系统,各分试验监控系统再通过以太网相连构建网络化监控系统,既保证了各分试验监控系统的精确控制和实时控制,又解决了各分试验监控系统的协调问题。测试结果和系统的有效运行表明,网络化监控系统运行稳定、控制准确、试验效率提高,为网络化监控系统的设计提供了新的思路和实例。
The networked monitoring and control system of low voltage apparatus test station with large- capacity based on CC-Link and Ethernet was introduced. The networked system structure, design method and design process were given. CC-Link constructs the test monitoring control subsystem, and some test monitoring control subsystems construct the networked monitoring control system by Ethernet. Precise control and real-time control of subsystems were promised and coordination problems of between subsystems were settled. The testing results and effective operation show that the steady operation and precise control improve the efficiency of monitoring control system. The new design method and example were given for the monitoring and control system of low vohage apparatus test station with large-capacity.
