摘要
随着分布式电源在电网中的发展应用,微电网作为一种新型的配电网结构,能够在并网运行与离网运行两种模式下灵活切换,保证了微电网中用户在如冰雪灾害,大电网崩溃等极端情况下的电力供应。通过故障树图法建立了微电网离网运行模式下的可靠性模型,结合风险评估理论,根据微电网内各个负荷在不同时段变化的停电严重度的情况,利用蒙特卡洛模拟法计算出在一定时间内离网运行故障率,评估在离网运行模式下微电网的供电能力。
With the development of distributed power supply, micro-grid which is identified as a new-style power distribution network can be easily switched between off-grid mode and grid-connected mode so that micro-grid can supply power under extreme weather such as ice-snow disaster and mains breakdown. With fault tree analysis and Monte Carlo method, a reliability mode was established in order to calculate the fault rate in off-grid mode and assess the capacity of electric power supply in off-grid mode.
