废旧胶粒PRB活性材料对污染地下水吸附适应性研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对多组分污染地下水危害严重、治理费用高的特点,采用废旧轮胎橡胶经破碎后制备的胶粒作为PRB系统活性材料,对污染地下水中COD、NH_4^+—N、Fe^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、SO_4^(2-)吸附效果进行条件适应性研究。结果表明:在胶粒投加量为0.5 g/200m L,振荡频率150r/min,反应时间36h,p H值为7的条件下,污染地下水中COD、NH_4^+—N、Fe^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、SO_4^(2-)去除率分别为44.3%、24.8%、96.2%、86.2%、9.5%,表明胶粒对COD、Fe^(2+)、Mn^(2+)污染物具有较好的去除效果。胶粒对COD(乳酸钠)吸附特性可较好地符合Temkin吸附等温模型和Elovich动力学模型。该方法对于拓宽废旧橡胶资源化利用及修复含有机物、铁锰污染的地下水方面具有一定的积极意义。 In view of features of seriously pollution and highly managing cost for muhicomponent contaminated groundwater, by means of the waste tire rubber after crushing the preparation of colloidal particles as the active material of PRB system for adaptability of conditions research on adsorption effect of COD, NH4^+-N, Fe^2+ , Mn^2+ , SO4^2- in contaminated groundwater . The results showed that under the conditions of the colloidal dosage 0.5 g/200mL, the oscillation frequency 150 r/min, reaction time 36 h, pH 7, COD, NH4^+-N, Fe^2+, Mn^2+, SO4^2- removal rates in contaminated groundwater were 44.3%, 24.8% , 96.2% , 86.2% , 9.5%, which showed that the particles has better removal effect on COD, Fe^2+ , Mn^2+ pollution. The particles of COD (sodium lactate) adsorption characteristics can be better with the Temkin adsorption isotherm model and dynamic model of Elovich. This method has a certain positive significance to broaden the utilization of waste rubber resources and to repair the underground water containing organic matter and iron and manganese pollution.
