Detection of multi alloantibodies in a blood group sample by Hemagglutination Scoring System

意外抗体导致配血不合是临床输血工作中常遇到的问题,尤其是有输血史和妊娠史的患者,常会产生一种或多种意外血型抗体,造成配血困难。针对疑难血型检测中出现的反应格局,采用适宜的检测方法得到正确的结论,是血型血清学工作中重要的内容。

Summary To evaluate whether the Hemagglutination Scoring System （＂System＂） is better at analyzing multi alloantibodies. Compared the efficiency of the ＂System＂ in identifying the alloantibodies （anti-E and anti-Jka ） in a blood group sample with the titer （0 to 4＋）. The ＂System＂ showed more efficient in analyzing multi alloantibodies, especially when it is various in hemaagglutination titer or the quantity of antigens on RBC.
