乳腺癌术后乳房重建，尤其是即刻假体植入重建法．因其手术操作简单，术后效果好，得到广大医师和患者的认可。但是部分患者南于肿瘤位置比较靠近乳房下皱襞．为保证肿瘤切除范围，不能保留下皱襞结构，甚至胸大肌下缘，使得假体下缘无可支撑的结构，导致假体下滑移位。
