文章通过运用TRIZ理论中对市面上出现的普通家用健身器械进行分析,找出每一代健身器械发展中所存在的矛盾,用发明原理来解决矛盾,并产生新产品。随后运用S曲线对健身器械进行技术成熟度预测,最终印证出健身器械的发展是TRIZ理论核心内容——理想化发展方向的。该研究不仅能对人们健身的理念和方法能够起到指导作用,也可以推动健身器械的设计与发展。

Through the use of analysis to appear on the market of ordinary household body-building device in TRIZ theory, find out the existing contradiction in each generation of fitness equipment development, with inventive principles to solve the contradiction, and emerge new products . Then use the S curve to the fitness equipment for technical maturity prediction, and finally confirmed that the development of fitness equipment is the core content of the TRIZ theory - the ideal direction of development. The study not only can the idea and the method of people＇s health can play a guiding role, also can promote the design and development of fitness equipment.
