摘要
针对液态天然气的储存,不同的充装方式、氮的含量以及罐内液体老化均可以引起分层。国外理论模型Bates-Morrison和国内理论模型四阶段模型分别对储罐内的分层与翻滚做了最新的分析,大量的研究表明:储罐的初始密度差不仅会影响罐内的压力变化和蒸发率,还和发生翻滚的早晚与剧烈程度有关,而且发现翻滚存在一个临界密度差,一般为2~5kg/m^3。
In a liquid natural gas storage tank, different filling methods, the variation of nitrogen content and liquid aging can cause stratification. On behalf of the latest research results, the foreign theoretical model Bates - Morrison and the domestic four - stage theoretical model respectively analyzed stratification and rolling processes in the tank. A large number of studies have indicated that the initial density difference of the storage tank not only affected the pressure and evaporation rate in the tank but also had tightly relative with intensity and time of rolling, furthermore there was a potentially critical density difference, generally 2 -5kg/m^3, which approximately predicted the occurrence of stratification.
