摘要
为研究冷库地坪通风防冻系统性能的影响因素,并为系统的设计与优化提供理论依据,建立了冷库地坪通风防冻系统计算模型,以地面加热量和地面加热层温度为评价指标,讨论了支风道内流速、支风道间距、支风道管径及通风加热装置每日运行时间对系统性能的影响。研究结果表明:支风道内流速、支风道间距、支风道管径及通风加热装置每日运行时间对冷库地坪通风防冻系统的性能均有不同程度的影响。
To investigate the influence factors of the performance and provide the theoretical basis for the design as well as optimization of the cold storage floor antifreezing ventilation system, a mathematical model was established. The heating capacity of the ground and the temperature of the ground heating layer were taken as the evaluation index. The effects of the air velocity, the spacing of ducts, the diameter of ducts and the running time on the performance of cold storage floor antifreezing ventilation system were discussed. The resuhs show that the air velocity, the spacing of ducts, the diameter of ducts and the running time all have different degrees of effects on the performance of cold storage floor antifreezing ventilation system.
