溴代三嗪/Sb_2O_3阻燃长玻纤增强PA6的热氧老化性能 被引量:3

摘要 研究了溴代三嗪/Sb_2O_3阻燃长玻纤增强聚酰胺6复合材料在160℃的热氧老化处理下不同热氧老化时间对其力学性能、表面形貌、结晶性能以及热氧降解行为的影响。结果表明,热氧老化后复合材料力学性能、结晶度均出现一定程度的下降,但热稳定性变化不大。扫描电镜结果显示,热氧老化后复合材料表面出现各种缺陷(即微裂纹、凹坑和玻璃纤维脱黏),同时有阻燃剂迁移至复合材料表面,并伴有一定程度的粉化现象。 The effects of thermal-oxidative aging time on mechanical properties, morphology,crystallinity, and thermal oxidatine aging behaviors of long glass fiber-reinforced PA6 flame-retarded by brominated tribromophenoxy/Sb203 at 160 ℃ thermal-oxidative aging treatment were studied. The results indicate that the mechanical properties and crystallinity of the composites decrease in some degree,but thermal stability changes a little after thermal-oxidative aging. The SEM results show that there are many kinds of defects (microcracks,pits and debonding glass fiber)appearing on the surfaces of the composites after thermal-oxidative aging, and the flame retardants expose to the surface of the composites along with the powdering.
