摘要
采用两步法合成了以2,2'-双(三氟甲基)二氨基联苯(TFMB)为二胺的乙炔基封端型聚异酰亚胺树脂,制备了石英纤维增强的聚异酰亚胺复合材料。研究了树脂的耐热性能和加工性能,讨论了复合材料的力学性能和电性能。结果表明,含氟聚异酰亚胺树脂具有良好的加工性能,固化后树脂5%热失重温度大于500℃,复合材料弯曲强度大于600 MPa,介电常数小于4。
A kind of acetylene-terminated polyisoimide resin with 2,2'-bis(trifluorom- ethyl)benzidine as diamine was synthesized by two steps. Quartz fiber reinforced polyisoimide composites were prepared. Thermal properties and processing performance of the resin were studied. Then, mechanical properties and electrical properties of the composites were discussed. The results show that the polyisoimide resin with fluorine has good processing performance. The temperature of 5% weight loss of cured resins is more than 500 ℃. The flexural strength of the composites is more than 600 MPa and the permittivity is less than 4.
