奥美拉唑联合L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠治疗儿童消化性溃疡

Efficacy of omeprazole combined with l-glutamine sodium gualenate in treatment of peptic ulcer in children

目的研究奥美拉唑联合L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠对儿童消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择我院诊治的消化性溃疡患儿86例,随机分为两组,观察组采用奥美拉唑联合L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠治疗,对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,均治疗2个月。观察治疗前后两组的临床症状、胃镜下胃黏膜表现和治疗效果。结果治疗后两组的呕吐、腹痛、黑便、呕血、恶心、反酸、腹胀、口臭等临床症状的发生率均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组的临床症状发生率低于对照组,但差异尚无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组胃黏膜的病理改变发生率均显著降低(P<0.05),而观察组胃黏膜充血、水肿、红晕、出血的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠能明显改善消化性溃疡患儿的临床症状,促进胃黏膜的恢复,具有较好的疗效和安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the efficacy of omeprazole combined with l-glutamine sodium gualenate in the treatment of peptic ulcer in children. Methods A total of 86 children patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with omeprazole combined with 1-glutamine sodium gualenate and the control group was treated with omeprazole for two months respectively. The clinical symptoms, gastric mucosa performance under endoscope and the efficacy in the two groups before and after the treatment were observed. Results The incidence of the clinical symptoms as vomiting, abdominal pain, tary stool, hematemesis, nausea, acid regurgitation, abdominal distension and bad breath in the two groups after the treatment decreased greatly （P 〈 0.05）; the incidence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）; after the treatment, the incidence of pathologic change of gastric mucosa in the two groups dropped greatly（P 〈 0.05）; the incidence of gastric mucosal hyperemia, edema, flush and bleeding in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the ORR in the observation group was 95.35%, which was much higher than that in the control group （74.42%）（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole combined with L-glutamine sodium gualenate can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in Children with peptic ulcer, promote the recovery of gastric mucosa, has good efficacy and safety, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
