摘要
为了降低生产成本,以H65、QSn6.5-1、BZn18-26废料作原料制作了环保型无铅硅黄铜。采用扫描电镜和能谱分析研究了无铅硅黄铜在CuCl_2水溶液中的脱锌腐蚀行为以及合金元素对其耐脱锌腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,无铅硅黄铜的平均脱锌层深度和腐蚀速度均小于HPb59-1铅黄铜,也即其耐脱锌腐蚀性能优于HPb59-1铅黄铜。Si含量增加会降低硅黄铜的耐脱锌腐蚀性能;加入微量元素Sn和Al有一定的阻碍锌溶解的作用。
Using discarded H65, QSn6.5-1 and BZn18-26 as raw material, an environmentally-friendly lead-free silicon brass was made to reduce production cost. The dezincification behavior of the lead-free silicon brass on a CuC12 aqueous solution and the effect of alloying elements on its dezincification resistance were investigated by the use of SEM and EDS. The result shows that the average dezincification layer depth and dezincification rate of the lead-free silicon brass is smaller than those of HPb59-1 lead brass, i.e., the silicon brass is superior to HPb59-1 lead brass in the dezincification resistance. Furthermore, the increase of silicon content will lower the dezincification resistance of the silicon brass. Addition of trace zinc or aluminum or both can hinder zinc from being dissolved to a certain extent.
