摘要
采用中心拉拔的试验方法,研究了高聚物材料与钢筋的粘结特性,分析了高聚物密度、锚固长度、钢筋直径对粘结强度的影响。结果显示:粘结失效的形式以钢筋被拔出为主,接触界面上高聚物材料发生剪切破坏;平均粘结强度随高聚物密度的增大而增大,随锚固长度的增加而减小;钢筋直径对平均粘结强度影响较小;粘结力沿锚杆轴向呈非均匀分布,最大粘结力位于荷载近端,远端粘结力大小趋近于零。
The concentric pull-out test was used to study the effect of polymer density,anchorage length and rebar diameter on the bond strength between polymer and steel bars. The results showed that the bond failure form of specimens was mainly that the rebars were pulled out and the polymer was shear damaged at the contact interface. The average bond strength increased with the increasing density of polymer but decreased with the decreasing of anchorage length; The rebar diameter showed a smaller influence on the bond strength. The distribution of bond stress along the rebar was non-uniform,the maximum bond stress was near the loading end while the minimum bond stress was near the free end and close to zero.
