摘要 以区域灾害系统理论为指导,综合分析地下工程震害风险的不确定性特征与内涵,给出震害风险处置的整体性、重要性、层次性及多模型与方法集成运用原则,概念性探讨地下工程地震灾害风险体系,揭示孕险环境、承险体、风险因素、风险事故、风险损失等属性及作用机理,建立基于安全系统工程的地震作用下地下工程风险分析基本程序,设计地下工程地震灾害风险全过程评估与管理模型,提出了基于集成化管理和全寿命管理的地下工程地震灾害的动态集成化风险管理模式,将地下工程震损风险管理的动态性和集成化统一起来,进一步丰富了地震作用下地下工程风险管理理论,为地下工程震损风险管理的研究工作提供理论依据。 On the basis of Regional Disaster System Theory,the characteristics and connotation of the uncertain earthquake risk is comprehensively analyzed for underground engineering,and the principle is given to the earthquake risk disposition,such as integrity,importance,hierarchical,multi-model and methods application. Through the conceptual discussion on the risk system for earthquake-damaged underground engineering,the risk properties and operational mechanism are revealed around the pregnant risk environment,risk body,risk factors,risk events,risk loss and others; With the basic risk analysis procedure on Safety System Engineering,the whole process risk assessment and management model is designed,and the dynamic integrated risk management model is proposed for earthquakedamaged underground engineering on Integrated Risk Management and Life-cycle Management,which unifies the dynamic and integrated property in earthquake-damaged risk management for underground engineering, furtherly enriches the earthquake risk management theory,and provides a theoretical basis for the earthquake risk study of underground engineering.
