摘要
企业文化作为一种管理理念,经过几十年的发展已进入了新的阶段。回顾了企业文化理念的发展,通过对传统企业文化理念中"客户至上"的解析与反思,提出了"员工至上"新理念,对这一新的理念的价值进行了阐述,分析了企业文化理念更新的路径选择。
Corporate culture, as a management concept, has entered a new development stage. Through the analysis and rethinking of "customer first" in the traditional concept, this paper puts forward the new concept of "employee first", expounds the value of this new idea, and analyzes the path choice of concept innovation of corporate culture.
