摘要
对环境因素(如执教风格)和个人因素(如动机)二者之间与体育运动中的利社会行为和反社会行为是否存在一定关系进行了研究,研究中以道德推脱行为作为调节这种关系的一个中介。研究结果表明:自主支持型执教风格与对队友的利社会行为相联系,而这种关系受自主动机的调节。受控动机往往与对队友或对手的反社会行为相联系,这两种关系受道德推脱行为的调节。
This paper aims to study the relationship between environmental factors (teaching style) and personal factors (motivation) with prosocial behavior and antisocial behavior in sports. Meanwhile, we also consider moral disengagement as an intermediary to regulate this relationship. The results show that selfsupportive teaching style is associated with prosocial behavior to teammates, and this relationship is regulated by self-motivation. Controlled motivation is often associated with antisocial behavior to teammates or opponents, and these two kinds of relationships are regulated by moral disengagement.
