改性砒砂岩强度和水化产物的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决砒砂岩区修建淤地坝时缺乏工程材料的问题,采用含有大量活性硅、活性铝以及氧化钙的矿粉物质作为改性剂,添加到砒砂岩中进行改性,并通过试验分析了改性砒砂岩的微观结构、水化产物以及耐水性能、抗压强度等。结果表明:1改性砒砂岩材料抗压强度随改性剂掺量的增大而增大,在龄期为90 d时,使用40%的改性剂、1.5%激发剂及4%辅助激发剂,砒砂岩抗压强度可以提高到52 MPa;2改性砒砂岩激发剂的掺量为1%比较合适;3改性砒砂岩的水化产物为水化硅酸钙凝胶、地聚物凝胶和碳酸钙晶体。 In order to solve the problem of lacking of check dam engineering materials in Pisha sandstone areas, the slag which contains a large amount of active aluminum silicon, activity and calcium oxide was used as a modifier. The microstructure, hydration products and water resistance and compressive strength of modified Pisha sandstone were analyzed. The results show that a) the compressive strength of modified Pisha sandstone increases with the increase of the dosage of slag. Ⅲ the age of 90 d, using 40% of slag, 1.5% activater and 4% auxiliary aetivater, the compressive strength of modified Pisha sandstone can be improved to 52 MPa; b) the optimum content of activator is 1% and; c) the hydration products of modified Pisha sandstone are C-S-H gel, Si-Al gel and calcium carbonate crystal.
