可调式泥沙分选装置分选性能试验研究

摘要 为了分析泥沙分选装置的分选效果受底部集沙环形式、叶片转动频率、分选筒高度和水体工作状态的影响程度,利用改进的实体模型,采用交叉对比的方法进行了一系列试验。结果表明:对于粗沙孔,采用底部集沙环S2形式可改善分选效果,且中沙孔和细沙孔的泥沙分离曲线出现规律性;当叶片转动频率逐步提高时,粗、中、细沙孔的泥沙分离曲线呈先上升后下降的趋势,叶片转动的最优频率为5.5 Hz;随着分选筒高度的增大,粗、中、细沙孔的分选效果越来越好,且筒高存在一个临界值,当筒高大于这个值后,分选效果不再受筒高的影响;对于粗沙孔,静水状态下的分选效果要优于动水状态的,中沙孔和细沙孔的分选效果受水体工作状态的影响不明显。 Aimed at studying sorting effect of the improved sediment sorting device of the Yellow River, the research carried out experiments with changing the forms of bottom loop, the rotation frequency of blade, the height of separation bucket and the dynamic and static conditions of water. The experiment finished with the cross-contrast method. The results show that the form of bottom loop S2 has a better effect than that of S1 in the coarse sand hole. The Detach Curves of the medium and fine sand hole begin behaving regularly when using the S2. The Detach Curves show a tendency which firstly increases and then decreases when the rotation frequency of blade increases gradually and the best frequency is 5.5 Hz. Along with the height of separation bucket increasing, the sorting effect of all sand holes behaves better and better. And there is a critical value. Once the height reaching to this value, the sorting effect will not change by height. For the coarse sand hole, the sorting effect under the conditions of dynamic water is better than that of static water. As to the medium and fine sand hole, the water condition does not have an obvious influence to the sorting effect.
