摘要
结合大西沟引水工程中的月牙肋岔管实例,通过规范初步拟定钢岔管体型基本参数,利用Autodesk Revit三维建模软件生成三维参数化实体模型,将建立好的模型导入有限元软件中,把实体钢岔管处理为壳体结构,并进行网格剖分,通过受力分析计算出钢岔管管壁的应力,根据规范规定校核管壁应力,确定合理的管壁厚度。
Combining with the example of crescent rib bifurcation in the water diversion project of DXG, it preliminarily drew up the basic parameters of steel bifurcation pipe size through specifications. It generated the three-dimensional parametric entity model by using Autodesk Revit modeling software. It imported the established model into finite element software, then extracted the entity model into a shell and simply separated it into a lot of 4-node shell elements to analyze the force statement for confirming the stress state of the pipe wall. It determined the reasonable thickness of pipe wall by checking the stress according to the specification.
