摘要
目的:优化并确定白花蛇舌草的最佳超声提取工艺。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计,考察超声提取工艺中乙醇浓度、溶剂用量及提取时间三个主要因素对齐墩果酸和熊果酸提取效率的影响。结果:超声提取的最佳提取条件为:用40 m L的100%乙醇超声提取30 min。结论:超声波辅助提取工艺稳定可行,可用于白花蛇舌草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的提取。
Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions of Baihuasheshecao. Method: The concentration of ethanol, ratio of material to liquid, ultrasonic time, which effected the extraction efficiency of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid, were evaluated by L9(34) orthogonal experiment design. Result: The best extraction conditions were: ultrasonic extraction 30 min with 40 mL 100% ethanol. Conclusion: The ultrasonic assisted extraction process is stable and feasible, which can be used for extracting oleanolic acid and ursolic acid from Baihuasheshecao.
