摘要
地黄丸类方临床广泛用于肾虚证的治疗和养生保健,本文结合地黄丸类方中寒热药物比例,从药性角度,对地黄丸类方的"复方-药性-证侯"规律进行分析,并结合"阴阳质能说"对地黄丸类方的配伍规律、主治证、鉴别应用等进行探讨,为其临床应用及科研实践提供理论依据。
Chinese patent drug of Dihuang Wan is extensively used in the treatment and health care of kidney deficiency. Combining the proportion of cold and hot drugs, the paper analyze ＂compound- medicine property- syndromes＂ rule of Dihaung Wan and similar drugs from the perspective of herb property. In combination with ＂Mass-energy theory of Yin and Yang＂, compatibility, function and indications characters, differentiation application of Dihaung Wan and similar drugs are analyzed to provide theoretical basis for clinical application and research practice.
