汽车B柱加强板的热冲压成形工艺及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 选取国内某车企车型B柱加强板作为研究对象,考察国产材料所制得的B柱加强板的零部件化学成分、力学性能、硬度、金相、脱碳层厚度、残余应力以及尺寸等是否满足要求;分析结果表明,在不影响原设计生产工艺的情况下,得到的热成形零部件的显微硬度可达460 HV10,屈服强度达1 100 MPa,抗拉强度达到1 500 MPa,且与进口材料所得零部件性能相近,均满足设计要求;尺寸性能以及残余应力分布基本满足要求,切换后对工程化基本没有影响,可实现国产化热成形材料代替进口材料。
