摘要
HEXACO人格特质是近二十年来新出现的一种人格特质模型。本文首先对HEXACO人格特质模型的发展演变进行了描述,同时将HEXACO六人格特质与大五人格特质模型和中国人人格特质模型进行对比,从三种模型的结构维度上进行理论探讨,通过对比,发现六人格特质模型较"大五"人格特质模型与中国人人格特质结构有更多的相似性;其次,对HEXACO六人格特质模型的六种测量量表进行介绍,讨论了现有量表的成果和特点;再次,从HEXACO人格特质模型的影响效应方面对相关研究进行系统梳理;最后在此基础上,结合中国本土化研究的现状提出未来的研究方向。
HEXACO personality trait is a new model of personality trait having emerged in the last twenty years.Firstly,the evolution of HEXACO personality model is described,and the HEXACO six personality,big five personality model and Chinese personality model are compared from the structural dimension in this paper.It is found that the HEXACO model shared more similarities with the Chinese personality traits model than the big five personality trait model;Secondly,this paper introduces the six different kinds of scales and discusses their achievements and characteristics.Thirdly,the systematic examination about the HEXACO model on organizational behavior is done.Lastly,the direction of future research is commented on the basis of the status quo of Chinese localization research.
