河北民族师范学院体育教育专业学生执教能力分析

Analysis on the Teaching Ability of Physical Education Majors in Hebei Normal University for Nationalities

采用特尔菲法、问卷调查法对河北民族师范学院2011级体育教育专业的本科学生在实习期间的执教能力进行调查与评价,采用层次分析法对体育系人才培养体系的现状进行系统分析.河北民族师范学院体育教育专业学生的执教能力评价体系主要分为3个层次,其中包括体育教师基本素质和体育教师专业素质2个一级指标,文化知识水平、专业技术动作水平等11个二级指标以及教师基本知识、技术动作示范能力等34个三级指标.以三级指标为要素设计调查问卷进行调查,结果显示河北民族师范学院体育教育专业学生的执教能力综合评价良好,其中体育教师基本素质整体水平较高,专业素质还有待提高.为此,建议该系改善人才培养方案的设置,加大对学生专业素质的培养.

Delphi method and questionnaire survey are adopted to investigate into and evaluate the teaching ability of physical education majors from 2011 class in Hebei Normal University of Nationalities during their internship. Analytic hierarchy process method is used to systematically analyze the current situation of physical education talent cultivation so as to make rational and reasonable evalua- tion and propose constructive suggestions. After investigation, it is concluded that the evaluation sys- tem of the teaching ability of physical education majors in Hebei Normal University of Nationalities can be divided into three levels, including two primary indicators, i. e. , physical education teachers ~ basic quality and professional quality, 11 secondary indicators, i. e. , knowledge reserve, professional skills, level and so on as well as 34 tertiary indicators, such as teachers~ basic knowledge, ability of demonstrating move, etc. The three-leveled indicators are used in the design of questionnaire. The evaluation on the teaching ability of physical education majors in Hebei Normal University of Nationalities isgood. In particular, the students present high overall level of basic qualities. Professional qualities need improvement. For the purpose, it is suggested that the setting of talent cultivation plan should be perfected and students＇ professional qualities should be enhanced.
