摘要
以正硅酸乙酯改性的磷酸二氢铝为黏结剂、铬酸镁为钝化剂、铝粉为填料制备了水性含铝磷酸盐涂料,随后喷涂于300M高强钢上制备了含铝磷酸盐防腐涂层,研究了该涂层在中性盐雾中的耐腐蚀性能以及抗高温氧化性能。结果表明:该涂层表面较为致密、平整,在中性盐雾中腐蚀1 000h后,涂层表面无腐蚀产物形成;在600℃氧化100h后,涂层表面保持完整,其单位面积氧化质量增加为8.051 7g·m^(-2),远小于300M高强钢的(23.811 1g·m^(-2)),氧化速率也低于高强钢的,涂层具有良好的抗高温抗氧化性。
Using tetraethyl orthosilicate modified dichromate as passivator and aluminum powder as filler, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as binder, magnesium the water-borne aluminum containing phosphate coating solution was prepared. Then the anti-corrosion aluminum containing phosphate coating was obtained by spraying the coating solution on 300M high-strength steel. Tile corrosion resistance in neutral salt spray and the high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating were investigated. The results show that the coating surface was dense and flat. After corrosion in the neutral salt spray for 1 000 h, no corrosion products were formed on the coating surface. After oxidation at 600 ℃ for 100 h, the coating surface remained integrity and the oxidation mass increase per unit area was 8.051 7 g.m-2, which was much lower than that of 300M high strength steel (23.811 1 g.m-2); the oxidation rate of the coating was also lower than that of the high-strength steel, indicating the excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance of the coating.
