摘要 选取胎面中心厚度(不包括花纹沟深度)—Tread Ga厚度、带束层材料、带束层角度等7个结构设计变量,通过试验研究了各变量对滚动阻力的影响。分析得出:带束层角度和带束层宽度对滚动阻力影响显著;增大带束层角度、增加A点厚度、减小Tread Ga厚度、减小带束层钢丝密度、减小带束层宽度、减小冠带层缠绕宽度、降低三角胶高度均有利于改善轮胎的滚动阻力。 Seven key tire structure design variables, such as the thickness of the tire tread center(not including the depth of pattern groove)—the thickness of Tread Ga, the material of the belt ply, the angle of the belt ply, are selected, and the influence of these variables on rolling resistance are analyzed by experiments. It is concluded from the analysis that the angle and width of the belt ply have the most obvious effect on rolling resistance. In addition, increasing angle of the belt ply and thickness of the A point, reducing the thickness of Tread Ga, wire density of the belt ply, width of the belt ply,width of the cap ply and the height of the bead filler are all conducive to reducing tire rolling resistance.
