管缝锚杆支护技术在综采工作面破碎顶板中的应用

Application of Slit Wedge Tubing Bolt in Fractured Roof of Fully-mechanized Face

针对平煤股份一矿丁_6-32030综采工作面顶板破碎、片帮、掉顶频繁等问题,采用管缝式锚杆支护技术对破碎顶板及松软煤体进行了支护。应用结果表明:管缝锚杆增加了松软煤体及破碎顶板的整体强度,使不易控制的煤岩体变为相对稳定的煤岩体,有效地解决了片帮、掉顶问题。

Aiming at the problem of roof fall and rib s palling during the No.32030 combine machinery working face in Pingmei group No.1 mine,taking the supporting technology with slit wedge tubing bolt ,which has solved the problems of roof fall and rib spalling. The results application show that the supporting technology with slit wedge tubing bolt increased the strength of lofty coal and fractured roof, and effectively solved the problems of roof fall and rib spalling.
