大采高软岩巷道底鼓机理及控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对晋煤集团赵庄煤矿3#煤层回采巷道出现严重底鼓情况,通过对围岩破坏机理和影响巷道底鼓的各种因素的分析,确定巷道底鼓主要是由巷道围岩应力大和支护不合理造成的;随后提出顶板和两帮采用锚网索加强支护,底板采用锚注技术或锚注+卸压槽联合支护2种方案。通过FLAC^(3D)软件数值模拟巷道塑性区和位移场的变化情况,分析了底锚杆、卸压槽分别对巷道围岩的影响。 Focusing on the serious floor heave problem of the 3# coal seam mining roadways in Zhaozhuang coal mine,Jincheng coal group,the study has found that this situation is consequent to the high stress caused by the surrounding rocks and the inadequacy of supporting. Two improving measures have been proposed:using bolt and anchor cable to strengthen support to the roof and two-sides of the roadway;adopting the bolt-grouting or the combined supporting of the floor bolt-grouting and the pressure releasing solt. In order to analyze the influence of the roadway surrounding rock with floor rock bolt and the pressure releasing solt supporting,the study simulated the change of the plastic zone and the displacement field of the roadway through FLAC3D numerical simulation.
