摘要 新疆塔什店矿区一号矿井主副风井采用普通法凿井涌水后转用冻结法施工,考虑到冻结法施工对已成型井壁存在一定影响,设计施工1圈辅助温控孔。通过对塔什店矿区一号矿井风井温控条件下冻结温度场理论图解和数值模拟,得到温控条件下冻结温度场演化规律。利用图解、模拟和实测相结合的方法,综合评定温控孔开启时机和井壁温度,为井壁保护提供参考依据。 The mine shafts of the number one pit in the Xinjiang Tashidian area adopted the common method of pit sinking till water was bursting and then switched to the freezing method for construction. Considering that construction with the freezing method had a certain influence on the existing pit walls, a circle of thermostat hole were designed in construction. Through Tashidian ventilating shaft under temperature conditions freezing temperature field theory diagrams, numerical simulation and field measurement, obtain the evolution of freezing temperature field under temperature conditions. Through three measures, give the comprehensive evaluation of thermostat hole opening lime and the wall temperature, provide a reference for wall protection.
