摘要
针对目前普通矿井空调系统存在降温效率低、能耗高、湿度大且舒适性差的问题,分析高温矿井各种热湿负荷特性,提出基于热害矿井热源一体化循环利用的热管降温除湿空调系统。通过高效相变换热的分离式热管系统,以矿井余热为启动热源,热管蒸发段承担矿井湿负荷,降低蒸发器进风温度。实现矿井空气温湿度的独立控制和高效节能运行,并使矿井除湿量显著增加。
Aiming at the low efficiency, higher energy consumption and bigger humidity for the mine air-condition, the heat and humidity load was analyzed. It was presented heat pipe cooling air- condition system integrated with thermal source of mine recycling use. Heat pipe can start by the thermal resource of the mine waste heat, and the humidity load was undertaken by the evaporator of heat pipe in order to reduce inlet air temperature, which can come true the independent control of temperature humidity and for energy saving opration the purpose.Morover, the dehumidification amount was increased also with heat pipe operation.
