摘要
为了掌握公路隧道钻爆法施工粉尘浓度的分布规律,以某隧道钻孔过程为研究对象,首先布置测点并现场采样测定粉尘浓度;然后结合现场情况采用Fluent软件对钻孔过程的粉尘分布规律进行了数值模拟,并与现场实测的粉尘浓度分布情况进行了对比分析,粉尘浓度分布模拟结果与实测值基本一致,为更好地控制隧道内粉尘浓度提供了理论依据。
In order to master the dust distribution regularity in drilling and blasting method highway tunnel construction, taking the drilling of one tunnel as the study background, first dust measurement scheme was designed and implemented; dust concentration distribution in the drilling was simulated using the Fluent software, which is based on the field condition; By contrast with field measurement of dust concentration distribution, the simulating results were essentially coincident with the measured data, provides the theoretical reference to better control the dust concentration.
