摘要
顺通煤矿W1151综采工作面开采的是A5煤层,在生产过程中产生的大量的粉尘具有爆炸性,对该煤层进行静压注水降尘技术试验研究,试验取得了良好的效果:煤体平均含水率增加2.84%,降尘率达到60% ~90%.大大降低了工作面回采时的粉尘浓度,对于防治粉尘爆炸事故具有重要的意义.
Based on the problem of mass, explosive dust produced by NO.WII51 fully mechanized coal face when mining the A5 coal seam in Shuntong mine, the dust control technique of static pressure water injection was studied. The result shows that the average moisture rate of coal seam is increased by 2.84%, while the rate of dust is decreased by 60%-90%. This technique can significant reduce the dust concentration during the process of mining and provide a effective way to prevent and control the dust explosion accidents.
