摘要
1131综放工作面为博斯坦煤矿首采工作面,在防治坚硬顶板而采用预裂爆破措施的过程中,造成顶板漏冒、推进缓慢而引起工作面发火、CO浓度异常问题,最终被迫封闭1131工作面,造成巨大经济损失,严重影响了矿井生产。在分析工作面发火原因的基础上,通过对封闭区气体的监测,评价了启封1131面火区的可行性,并制定了具体的启封方案,成功对博斯坦煤矿1131综放工作面实施启封。
1131 fully-mechanized caving mining working face is the prime working face of Bernstein. In order to protect and improve the hard roof of it, took the measure of pre-splitting blasting. But during the process, the working face roof leaked; the working efficiency was low; ignition happened; concentration of CO was abnormal, ect. Eventually, 1131 face was forced to close, which caused huge economic loss and had a serious impact on the mine production. Based on the analysis of the ignition of the working face and the monitoring of gas of the closed area , evaluated the feasibility of the opening of the fire area in 1131 face and developed a detailed unsealed scheme. Finally, succeeded in implementing the unsealing of 1131 fully-mechanized working face in bernstein coal mine.
