梁家沟弃渣场自燃灭火治理技术研究

Research on Putting out Spontaneous Combustion of Liangjiagou Waste Dump

对夏容高速公路三都段梁家沟弃渣场矸石自燃情况进行了现场勘察和探析,找出了矸石场自燃原因与自燃火灾分布规律。依据矸石堆防灭火治理技术,并结合梁家沟矸石场现场情况,制定了表面掏沟灭火、表面挖坑灭火、钻孔注浆喷浆灭火以及表面碾压设置排水沟等多种方法相结合的治理措施进行灭火处理。

According to demand of putting out the spontaneous combustion of Liangjiagou waste dump of Xiarong highway Sandu extinguishing, and based on coal gangue spontaneous combustion gas seepage theory, the gangue spontaneous combustion of coal gangue field mechanism of the area on the field was surveied and analysed, finding out the reason of the spontaneous combustion coal gangue field and the distribution regularity of spontaneous combustion. Based on gangue dump of fire prevention management technology, and combined with field condition Liangjiagou gangue dum, formulate a scientific and reasonable, targeted extinguishing spontaneous combustion of spoil ground program. By using a variety of methods control measures surface dig trench fire, surface fire digging, drilling, and surface compaction grouting gunite fire setting such as the combination of drains were processed waste rock field gangue spontaneous combustion fire.
