摘要
基于Autoform有限元软件,采用三工序工艺方案对前罩内板的冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟,预测了板料在拉延过程中的开裂及起皱等缺陷的产生,系统分析了拉延过程中坯料的减薄率、塑性变形及主次应变分布,并基于以上结果分析了破裂及起皱缺陷产生的原因。
Introduced Autoform software to do simulation of the forming of Panel Hood Inner by threestep forming process, estimated the occurrence of splits, crinkles and thinning during the forming pro cess, systematically investigated its distribution of formability, thinning ratio, plastic strain, major strain and minor strain during the process, and investigated the reasons for splits and wrinkles.
