摘要
介绍BP神经网络的基本原理,提出合理的提升机制动系统故障诊断训练,分析神经网络存在的局部最优解和收敛速度慢等问题,利用遗传算法对BP神经网络进行改进。分别对原始的BP神经网络和改进后的神经网络进行仿真分析,结果显示基于遗传算法优化后的BP神经网络优势明显。
Describes the basic principles of BP neural network, puts up a reasonable hoist brake system fault diagnosis training, and analyzes problems ahout local optimal solution and slow convergence speed of neural networks. Then use genetic algorithm to improve BP neural network. Simulate and analyze the original BP neural network and improved neural network respectively, the result of which shows that BP neural network optimized by the genetic algorithm has obvious advantages and overcomes the traditional neural network problems.
