摘要
为了解决低阶煤可浮性差的问题,采用新型复配药剂FO1、FO_2、FO3及柴油作为捕收剂,分别在浮选机和浮选柱上进行对比试验,简要分析了浮选柱深度降灰的机理。结果表明,新型高效FO系列药剂可以显著降低药耗量,精煤产率较高;旋流-静态微泡浮选柱作为分选设备较浮选机可以获得低灰精煤,其在煤泥深度脱灰方面有着很大的优势。
In order to increase the flotability of low rank coal, the flotation tests were conducted in flotation column and the flotation machine by using new compound reagent FO1, FO2, FO3 and kerosene, then the s the collector could compound reduce ash advantages ep be aration mechanism of the flotation column was analyzed. The results show that obvious reduced and clean coal yield increases by using the series of new reagent. Using cyclonic-static microbubble flotation column as separation equipment can content better than flotation machine,which means the flotation column is having great on reducing ash from clean coal.
