介绍我国煤矿企业的安全现状,通过比较历年来我国煤矿事故数量变化,并与发达国家进行对比,我国煤矿安全性还有待提高。探究人力资源管理对于煤矿安全的重要性,提出通过提高招聘标准、加强员工安全培训、完善安全考核等措施,改善煤炭从业人员的整体素质,减少煤矿事故的发生,保证煤矿安全。

Describes the current safety situation of the coal mining enterprises, by comparing the accidents number changes over the years, and with the developed countries, the results show that our country＇s coal mine safety need to be improved. Then explore the importance of human resource management for coal mine safety, and put forward the idea by improving the recruitment criteria, enhancing staff safety training, improving the safety assessment and other measures, the enterprise can improve the overall quality of coal employees, reduce coal mine accidents, and ensure mine safety.
