不同氮源及木醋液对沼渣堆肥的影响 被引量:3

Effects of addition different nitrogen and wood vinegar on biogas residue composting

摘要 沼渣液与玉米秸秆混合,并添加不同氮源及木醋液,进行堆肥实验。分析了堆肥过程中不同处理的pH、C/N、有机质含量、氮元素的转化及种子发芽指数等指标。分析结果表明,以鸡粪作为补充氮源的处理,有机物降解速率较快,堆肥产品品质最优;添加木醋液处理的氮损失较小,较未添加组提前进入腐熟期,因此,在堆肥过程中添加稀释一定倍数的木醋液既可以有效保氮又能提高堆肥品质。将各处理的指标进行比较,以鸡粪作为补充氮源,添加稀释500倍的木醋液,堆肥效果最佳。 This study investigated the effect of nitrogen sources and wood vinegar addition on properties of biogas residue and corn straw composting. We analyzed the variation trends in temperature,pH,C/N ratio,transformation of N,seed germination indices,and other indicators. The results showed that treated chicken manure created good compost products and accelerated the degradation of organic matter. The addition of wood vinegar reduced the loss of N,thereby decreasing the time needed for fermentation. Addition of a certain concentration of wood vinegar retained more N and improved the quality of the compost products when compared with the other treatments. The combination of 1 ∶ 500 wood vinegar to chicken manure had the best effect on biogas residue compost with corn straw.
