摘要
汽车悬架变刚度筒式橡胶衬套是悬架系统重要的承载结构零件,其三向静刚度特性直接影响着悬架的使用性能,目前利用经验公式虽然可以预测衬套三向刚度,但采用这种方法精度有限,并且衬套试验试制较为繁琐。介绍了某一款筒式橡胶衬套的结构及设计要求,并采用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS探讨计算了缩径量的大小对橡胶衬套各向刚度的影响,分析了改进结构后衬套的三向变刚度特性,并与试验值进行对比,验证了有限元分析方法在衬套前期设计中的有效性,可对衬套前期的开发提供参考。
A rubber bushing is an important loaded structure parts on suspension. Its stiffness characteristics can influence the suspension performance directly. Firstly, a rubber bushing' s structure and designing requirements are introduced. Then the stiffness in each direction are calculated in different reducing contents with nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS. The influence reducing contents on stiffness in each direction is compared and analyzed. At last, the rubber bushing' s structure is improved, and its stiffness in each direction is analyzed to compared with the testing result. The finite element method is proved effective in the development process of rubber bushings.
