摘要
采用有限元方法对拉床支撑结构进行校核和优化设计,可获得高刚度轻量化的机械结构,前提是建立准确的有限元模型。以拉床支撑结构三大件之一的床台为分析对象,研究拉床结构有限元建模方法,建立5种不同网格类型和连接方案,采用3种约束条件,组合出15组床台的约束模态分析方案。将数值计算结果与实验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,在采用实体模型、只约束侧面顶端和底部的边界条件下,计算结果与实验结果匹配最好。
Column, table base and base box, the three big components of broaching machine and accurate establishment of their finite element models, is significant in basic simulation and optimization design. Take table base as the analysis objective, and focuses on finite element modeling study of broaching machine. Five kinds of finite element models with different mesh and connectors are firstly created, their natural frequency are then predicted through modal analysis under three different restraint conditions. The simulation results are compared with the identified modal parameters by experiment. It is concluded that a good agreement with the experimental results is gained, using full hexahedral mesh and restraining above side and bottom nodes.
