摘要
为了解决现有产品数据管理系统(Product Data Management,PDM)在产品结构管理、过程数据管理、协同管理方面的不足,提出一种面向产品全生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Management,PLM)的航天光学遥感器数据管理应用模式。该模式基于产品基础结构管理多物料清单(Bill of Material,BOM),并以产品结构为核心管理产品全生命周期的过程数据,同时支持多专业和多领域的协同。其中,对面向PLM的集成应用框架进行了说明,并介绍了基于统一产品基础结构的BOM管理方法和基于设计BOM的协同设计数据管理方法。采用上述方法,在航天光学遥感器数据管理过程中,保证了产品结构基础数据的唯一性,提高了协同设计的效率。
For solving the disadvantages of product structure management, process data management and collaborative management of existing PDM system, a data management application mode of space optical remote sensor was proposed. It managed BOMs based on product basic structure and managed process data of product life cycle centered on product structure. Meanwhile, multispecialty and multi-field collaboration was supported in this mode. An integrated application framework oriented to PLM was introduced, and the management method based on unified product basic structure and the data management method of collaborative design based on engineering BOM were also recommended. Adopting this mode ,the uniqueness of product structure basic data was ensured and the efficiency of collaborative design was improved in the data management process of space optical remote sensor.
