摘要
为了测定二氧化氯固体消毒剂中DL-酒石酸的含量,采用C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),在室温下,以0.4 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调pH至2.4)为流动相,214 nm为检测波长,流速为1.0 m L/min,建立了反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定方法。结果显示,DL-酒石酸在0.2~2.0 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,R^2=0.9999,回收率范围为97.0%~102.3%。本方法简便、准确、快速,可用于二氧化氯固体消毒剂中DL-酒石酸的含量测定。
A method for the determination of DL -tartaric acid in the Solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant Was developed by the reverse high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC). The C18 colum (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) was used with the mobile phase consisted of 0.4 mol/L KH2PO4 (pH was adjusted to 2.4 by H3PO4 ) and the detection wavelength of 214 nm. The results showed that DL - tartaric acid had the good linear relationship at the range of 0.2-2.0 mg/mL(R^2 = 0. 9999) and the mean recovery rate was 97.0% -102.3%. The method was simple, accurate and fast in the determination of DL - tartaric acid in solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant.
