钩吻中非生物碱化学成分的研究进展

Research Progress on Non-alkaloids Analysis for Chemical Constituents from Gelsemium

钩吻在传统中药中常用来治疗类风湿性关节炎疼痛,神经性疼痛,痉挛,皮肤溃疡和癌症等,其主要活性成分是生物碱。国内外研究表明钩吻中非生物碱成分也具有很强的药理活性。本文对钩吻中非生物碱的化学成分进行全面综述,详细总结了国内外报道有关环烯醚萜、油脂、三萜,酚酸和甾体等非生物碱化学成分的结构与药理作用,为钩吻非生物碱的化学成分与药理作用研究提供重要的依据。

Gelsemium elegans has been used as traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis pain, neuropathic pain, spasticity, skin ulcers and cancer for many years. Recently, a number of studies have demonstrated that Gelsemium elegans exhibits a diverse set of immunization, anti - inflammatory, analgesic and anti -tumor activities. Alkaloids are regarded as the major active components of Gelsemium elegans. However, some studies have also showed that non - alkaloid constituents of Gelsemium elegans are responsible for the observed pharmacological effects. Therefore, we provide a comprehensive overview on the non -alkaloid constituents of Gelsemium elegans which have been published. Their structures of non - alkaloid constituents of Gelsemium elegans, including iridoids, oil, triterpene, phenolic acids and steroids, are summarized in this review The present review will provide the basis for further research of chemical constituent and pharmacological effects of non -alkaloid constituents derived from Gelsemium elegans.
