摘要
科研团队引才机制构建事关高水平大学建设成败。团队建设和学术人才培养是提升大学学术实力、营造良好学术氛围的主要内容,是学科建设的根本保证。科研团队领军人物需从分析人才引进和团队建设入手,探讨人才引进与团队建设的规律。作为国内211工程重点建设的G高校科研团队坚守大学发展战略,崇尚以才引才,秉承以诚引才,探索引才规律,初步形成一整套相对成熟科研团队引才创新机制。
The mechanism of introducing talents to scientific research team matters a lot in the construction of high level u- niversities. Team building and academic talents development aim to promote university academic competence and create good academic atmosphere, which is the fundamental guarantee of discipline construction. Team Leaders must, from the perspective of talents introduction and team building, explores the related rules. University G, a key university of 211 pro- ject, adheres to strategic development, promotes the talents introduction with sincerity, explores the rules of introduction, and has initially formed a relatively mature innovation mechanism.
