区域工业企业的知识产权运营效率对比研究

Research on Intellectual Property's Operational Efficiency of Regional Industrial Enterprises

运用超效率网络SBM模型和DEA窗口分析法,对全国30个省市规模以上工业企业的知识产权运营效率进行研究分析,通过研究知识产权的研发和转化两个阶段,发现我国区域工业企业知识产权运营的整体效率以及研发和转化两个阶段效率都比较低,区域之间的知识产权运营效率呈现较为明显的阶梯变化且与地区经济发展水平成正相关。因此,提出应该优化区域资源配置,加强不同区域之间知识产权运营协同发展的建议。

Through super- efficiency network SBM model and DEA window analysis, this paper studied and analyzed in- tellectual property＇ s operational efficiency of 30 industrial enterprises above provincial level. By studying intellectual property＇ s R＆D and transformation, it can be found that the overall efficiency and those of R＆D and transformation of China＇ s regional intellectual property operation are generally low; the operational efficiency of intellectual property pres- ents obvious change among different regions and it is positively correlated to regional economic level. Thus, regional re- sources allocation should be optimized, and synergetic development of intellectual property operation should be strengthened among different regions.
